When you book a Flight or Vacation Package for you and additional travellers you're all eligible for Price Drop Protection™. Because you've booked for your travellers, you can also earn them Price Drop savings. All travellers will be set up individually under your My FlightNetwork® Account. Any balances will appear under Manage My Profile in your My FlightNetwork® Account. Spend Price Drop Protection™ Dollars immediately on future Flight, Vacation or Insurance bookings for you and your travellers. For Hotel Bookings the First Named Traveller is the only person that will receive Price Drop Protection™ Dollars if the price of the Hotel Booking drops.
Yes, Price Drop Protection™ Dollars expire 12 months (1 year) from the time you earn them.
As soon as Price Drop Protection™ Dollars are earned and have been added to your My FlightNetwork® Account, you will see the expiration date under Manage My Profile. You can view your Price Drop Protection™ Transaction History in your My FlightNetwork® Account at any time under the Price Drop Protection™ tab by clicking on My Transactions. In addition, we will also send a Transaction Balance statement to all My FlightNetwork® Account Holders at the end of every month which will include your expiration dates.
If your Flight or Hotel is eligible for Price Drop Protection™, any Price Drop Dollars earned will be added to your My FlightNetwork® Account immediately. If your Vacation Package is eligible for Price Drop Protection™, any Price Drops are first verified and then manually added to your My FlightNetwork® Account. You can spend your Price Drop Dollars right away on future Flight, Hotel, Vacation or Insurance bookings. You can see details of your earnings under the Price Drop Protection™ tab by clicking on My Transactions in your My FlightNetwork® Account.
If you have spent your Price Drop Protection™ Dollars on a new Flight, Hotel, Vacation Package or Insurance booking they will be deducted from your My FlightNetwork® Account immediately. You can see the details of your spending under the Price Drop Protection™ tab. Click on My Transactions.
You can check for Price Drops as many times as you like but, you can only grab a Price Drop deal ONCE.
No. Price Drop Protection™ Dollars cannot be applied towards taxes, fees or surcharges, only to the base ticket price.

Yes, it's normal. Because the original Flight or Vacation booking was made under your My FlightNetwork® Account, you now control both the earning and spending of any Price Drops for your sub-travellers.
If you have grabbed a deal, you are grabbing that deal for yourself as well as any travellers in your account. You also now control their Price Drop Protection™ Dollars and only you can spend it for them.
If you don't want to be in charge of spending Price Drop Protection™ Dollars for them, travellers can also be split off of your My FlightNetwork® Account onto an existing My FlightNetwork® Account.

You can spend Price Drop Protection™ Dollars for you and your family & friends. Just sign into your My FlightNetwork® Account before you make your booking and select the travellers that are redeeming from the payment page.

Here's what you would do:

Step 2: Go to Manage My Profile
Step 3: Click "edit" beside the traveller that you wish to split off
Step 4: At the bottom of the travellers page click the link that says "Email us to transfer a sub-traveller and their Rewards to their own My FlightNetwork® Account".
In the email, send us the travellers first and last name and the email address used to sign into their existing My FlightNetwork® Account.
Step 5: We'll verify the details provided and complete the transfer
Step 6: The recipient will receive their accumulated Rewards in their My FlightNetwork® Account as well as an email confirmation.

Yes. For example, if you've purchased a Price Drop Protected Flight or Vacation Package for yourself and 2 friends under your My FlightNetwork® Account, and you delete those 2 friends, you can still receive Price Drop Protection™ for yourself however, the Price Drop check will be based on the original number of passengers (3) on the booking and only the remaining sub-travellers will be able to earn Price Drop Protection™ Dollars. For hotels, you can still receive Price Drop Protection™ Dollars for yourself, as long as you are the First Named traveler on the booking.

Yes. For example, if you've purchased a Price Drop Protected Flight or Vacation Package for you and a friend under your My FlightNetwork® Account, and your friend cancels his/her booking you can still receive Price Drop Protection™ for yourself. The Price Drop check will be based on the new number of passengers (1) on the booking and only you will be able to earn Price Drop Protection™ Dollars. For hotels, you can still receive Price Drop Protection™ Dollars for yourself, as long as you are the First Named traveler on the booking.

Charter fares are purchased in bulk by tour operators and are offered as discounted flights that do not permit changes or cancellations. Scheduled fares are flights priced and scheduled directly by the airline and are not contracted by tour operators or other 3rd party entities. Price Drop Protection™ is specific to the fare type, meaning that a Price Drop check will compare the airline, flight and base price of the booked charter fare to a current charter fare using the same airline and flights.

When booking your Flight online with FlightNetwork® you must be logged into your My FlightNetwork® Account for the booking to transfer into My Trips. If you are not logged in, the booking will not transfer and you will lose out on the opportunity to check for Price Drops. If you've made your booking but we're not signed into your account we are able to transfer your booking over. To do this, please contact us at 1-877-496-4813.
Flight bookings that are made over the telephone, also referred to as "offline" bookings, do qualify for Price Drop Protection™ however, bookings made offline "manually" using a booking system outside of www.FlightNetwork®.com are not Price Drop Protected. If this is the case, you will be notified ahead of time by your FlightNetwork® Call Center Agent.
Bookings made by our Call Centre agents that are eligible will appear under My Trips in your My FlightNetwork® Account just as bookings made online would. Changes made by the Airline are unforeseen and out of our control. If the Airline has changed your flight, FlightNetwork® will validate and honour any Price Drops based on the new Flight itinerary. However, if a flight has been cancelled by the Airline it is instantly removed from My Trips in your My FlightNetwork® Account and is no longer eligible for Price Drop Protection™.
If all travellers on the original Flight are Adults then yes, the Price Drop would be the same for all. If a child or infant are present on the original booking they could drop at a different amount than an Adult. Before you grab a deal you will be able to see the amount that each traveller's price has dropped.

In most cases, tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable however, some airlines will allow changes for a fee. These fees can range from $100 - $500 plus any difference in fare.
You can change a booking where Price Drop Protection™ have been earned and/or spent without it affecting your Price Drop Protection™ Dollars.
If your flight is voluntarily changed before you've accepted Price Drops on your original booking, FlightNetwork® will now validate any Price Drops based on the new/changed booking.

Based on hotel policies during the booking process, some hotels may be non-refundable or partially refundable. There is also a FlightNetwork® cancellation fee that will apply to all cancellations.
If a booking in respect of which Price Drop Protection™ Dollars were obtained and/or applied is cancelled, FlightNetwork® will reverse the original transaction for the Participant and each Named Traveler whose booking is cancelled. Any such reversal will be identified as an "Account Adjustment" in the Participant's My FlightNetwork® Account and will also be reflected in their monthly balance email.
If a hotel booking is voluntarily or involuntarily cancelled prior to selecting a Price Drop on the original booking, a Price Drop cannot be selected in respect of that hotel.
A Participant can cancel a booking where Price Drop Protection™ Dollars have been obtained and / or applied, however, this will result in the reversal of the original Price Drop Protection™ Dollars obtained or applied, as the case may be.

If a hotel is voluntarily or involuntarily changed prior to the selection of a Price Drop in respect of the original booking, FlightNetwork® will permit a Price Drop to be selected solely on the basis of the updated booking.
A Participant can change a booking where Price Drop Protection™ Dollars have been obtained and/or applied, but the Price Drop Protection™ Dollar balance will be adjusted to cancel any Price Drop which had been selected by the Participant both on the Participant's own behalf and on behalf of all Named Travellers whose booking is changed.

FlightNetwork® cannot make a discounted payment to the Airline or Tour Operator. Unfortunately, they require full payment from us at the time of booking. Because of this, you will see a charge for the total amount of your booking up-front and any Price Drop Protection™ Dollars applied as a discount. Price Drop Protection™ Dollars are refunded instantly to the purchasing card. This transaction happens at the same time the credit card is charged. It could take up to 3-5 business days for the booking transactions to appear on the purchasing credit card.

Price Drop Protection™ accounts are accessible through the My FlightNetwork® and My Trips links located at the top right hand corner of the FlightNetwork® website. Once logged in, click on keep me signed in so that we remember you each time you visit us.
Details of your Price Drop Protection™ Dollars can be found in the My Trips and My Transactions tabs of your My FlightNetwork® Account. In the My Trips tab you'll find all of your past FlightNetwork® Flight bookings including those eligible for Price Drop Protection™. In the My Transactions tab you will find detailed information on credits applied, credits used, times, dates and more. At this time, past Vacation bookings will not appear in your My FlightNetwork® Account.

Here's all you would do:
Step 1: Sign into your My FlightNetwork® Account
Step 2: Go to Manage My Profile
Step 3: Scroll to the bottom of the page. Click "edit" beside the traveller that you wish to split off
Step 4: Click the link that says "Email us to transfer a sub-traveller and their Rewards to their own My FlightNetwork® Account".
In the email, send us the travellers first and last name and the email address used to sign into their existing My FlightNetwork® Account.
Step 4: We'll verify the details provided and complete the transfer
Step 5: The recipient will receive their accumulated Rewards in their My FlightNetwork® Account as well as an email confirmation.

To delete family & friends from your My FlightNetwork® Account visit Manage My Profile, select the My Travellers Information link at the top of the page and click on the delete traveller link beside the traveller.
IMPORTANT: : If you delete a traveller, any Price Drop Protection™ balances earned, potential Price Drops as well as any saved data will be deleted. This action cannot be undone.
To edit information for family & friends see Manage My Profile in your My FlightNetwork® Account, select the My Travellers Information link at the top of the page and click on the edit info link beside the appropriate traveller. Make the updates and save your changes.
Having a My FlightNetwork® Account allows you to control the emails you receive from us. To update these emails, see Manage My Profile and select the My Email Subscriptions link at the top of the page. Here you can subscribe, unsubscribe or change the email lists your currently on.
My FlightNetwork® is your link to Price Pager as well as Price Drop Protection™. Price Pager Alerts are accessible through Manage My Profile in your My FlightNetwork® Account however, with the release of Price Drop Protection™, you will no longer have the ability to track new flights. Any pre-existing flights that have been tracked will appear under your Alerts.
With the release of Price Drop Protection™ you will no longer be given the ability to track a flight with Price Pager. Any pre-existing flights that have been tracked will appear in your Alerts and can be found under Manage My Profile. Click on the My Email Subscriptions link at the top of the page.
To view your Price Drop Protection™ Transaction History for you and your travellers, visit Price Drop Protection™ in your My FlightNetwork® Account and click on My Transactions.

If you've forgotten the password for your My FlightNetwork® Account, click on Forgot your Password link on the My FlightNetwork® Account sign in page. We'll email a temporary password to the email address associated with your My FlightNetwork® Account.
Login to your Account, visit Manage My Profile and click on the My Travellers Information link at the top of the page to update your password.
Ensure that there are no spaces inserted after the temporary password. If there is a space, the system will not recognize it.
